Minimums

3-4 night minimum on holidays; 2-night minimum stay (exceptions include walk-ins and reservations made within 7-days of reserved date).

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are considered final.  Reservations require payment in full at time of booking.  Payment of your reservation establishes your acceptance of our Cancellation policy.

If you cancel your reservation — Credits are not available if you choose not to fulfill your agreement, are asked to leave, show up on the wrong date, do not make proper notification, or fail to show up. We regret we cannot make exceptions to the cancellation policy for any reason, including foul weather, poor air quality, wildfire activity, personal emergencies or pandemics.

In the case of an accidental overbooking, if we cannot offer you a comparable site, we will provide a full camping refund, or, a gift card in the amount you paid.We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan for all reservations.

 

Camp Site Rates

Regular rates and Holiday rates are per night:

 

Standard camp sites $70/$95
Maximum of six (6) people in Standard sites. *

 

Double camp sites $140/$165
Maximum of twelve (12) people in Double sites. *

 

Boulder Beach group site $350/$400
Maximum of twenty-four (24) people in Boulder Beach site. * Electrical hook up extra $25

High Tower group site $375/$410
Maximum of thirty (30) people in High Tower group site.

 

Lofty Oak platform site $80/$100
Maximum of four (4) people in Lofty Oak site. *   Secluded site, includes private water spigot and electricity.

Specialty Venue Rental Pricing

Bud’s Grove:  $1,800 for an 12-hour rental on day of event, plus a 2-hour Rehearsal/set up on night prior.  4-hour rental $760.  

 

Bull Run Pavilion:  $1,800 for an 8-hour rental on day of event, plus a 2-hour Rehearsal/set up on night prior.  4-hour rental $585.

Boulder Beach group site fits up to twenty-four (24) people.

Lofty Oak is a platform tent site that fits up to four (4) people.

 

Information Needed to Reserve

Our online reservation system will show you only the sites that are available on the dates you wish to camp.

Enter personal information, Driver’s license number, and credit card information.
