Choosing to travel during the Covid-19 pandemic is a personal choice and one that we hope you consider very seriously. We recommend obtaining travel insurance for all travel related expenses, especially during Covid-19.
During this Covid-19 crisis, our small, family-owned and operated business has taken a big hit with requests for refunds from rafting tour and camping guests. We can no longer sustain a business environment that involves more refunds. Therefore, all reservations are final.
For guests providing a seven (7) day written notice, prior to check-in date, we will allow one date switch within the 2020 camping season. We are so sorry that we cannot offer more options. Refunds are not available if you choose not to fulfill your agreement, are asked to leave, do not make proper notification, or fail to show up. Thank you for understanding!
